What we've got to offer
We provide a wide range of books for people of all ages. In addition to books we have music CDs, DVDs, books on tape and jigsaws. We also have a large print collection.
The Children's Library is very popular and we also have a Teenage area with a small study section. We have recently added a collection of material aimed at people in the deaf community, with a collection of signed videos for the children.
Other facilities include a fax service and a photocopier.
IT services
We have 11 computers for public use with free access to the Internet, Microsoft Office and a scanner. Free 'taster' sessions run throughout the year.
Storytime for the under-fives is held from 2 – 2.30pm every Wednesday during term time. For older children, craft and other activities are held during the holidays.
