The Customer Service Point, which opened in Spring 2007, offers library, tourism, housing and other Council services under one roof and was the first develpment in the Council's access to services programme.
As well as our normal library services you can access a wide range of other council services eg:
- collect your refuse or recycling bags;
- get information about your Council Tax or Housing rent accounts
- find out about tourism attractions in the area;
- get your over 60s bus pass or rail card (if you're eligible!);
- get information about council housing and access certain housing services e.g. applying for Council housing;
- report anti social behaviour;
- make an application for housing benefit;
- get information on local transport;
