• The competition organisers do not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

•Entries may be submitted to Welsh public libraries and higher and further education libraries as follows:

Yes you can enter different pieces of work in one or more categories, but you may not enter the same piece of work in different categories. Please ensure that a separate entry form is completed for each piece of work.
•Entries in either English or Welsh or both will be eligible
•Entry is free of charge
•Entries must show no name, address or identifying marks other than the title as entries will be judged anonymously
•All entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form
•Entries must be original work and not previously published/exhibited/filmed
•Entrants must live, work or study in Wales or be a member of Welsh libraries
•Entrants are advised to insure any works they submit for the competition
•Local and national winners may have their names and photographs published in a variety of promotional literature e.g. local/national newspapers, websites, magazines, displays. By entering this competition you will be giving your consent to this
•Library staff are excluded from taking part
•The copyright of each work remains with the entrant but the organisers of the
competition reserve the right to reproduce any of the works in any promotional materials or websites relating to Welsh libraries and to use the entries for future exhibitions. The artist will be credited each time we use the work.
•Please ensure that anyone appearing in your work has given their permission for their image to be used
•Entrants must not submit the same piece of work twice
•Schools may submit more than one entry
•Any work which contains inappropriate material will not be entered into the competition
•If under 16 years old, then a parent, guardian or teacher must submit the entry
•Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will not be entered into the competition
•With regards to data protection, personal details will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition or related activities
• All national winning entries will be exhibited as part of a national tour therefore entries will be retained until this tour is completed
• For all other entries please arrange to collect from the library after 1st June 2010
• The organisers reserve the right to dispose of any work after 30th June 2010
